dc.description.abstract | The TPD@Scale Toolkit is a comprehensive resource for helping you develop your proposals. It provides different types of resources to facilitate the design and implementation of TPD@Scale programs. This toolkit consists of four parts. Each part provides a range of resources for supporting you in designing TPD@Scale programs. Part 1 focuses on the foundations of scaling quality teacher professional development and presents research that can help you conceptualize the TPD@Scale framework in your context. Part 2 describes the key principles on how gender, equity, and social inclusion (GESI) issues need to be taken into consideration for TPD@Scale programs. Part 3 provides the guidelines for planning the budget for TPD@Scale programs. Part 4 presents the insights of stakeholder engagement and the tools for stakeholder analysis and engagement. | en |
