A combination of time-constraints, capacity issues in accessing climate science, and the challenges of processing diverse inputs from consultations led to a disconnect between final recommendations and district level information generated, as well as climate projections. Part of a larger project “Global Administrative Law: Improving Inter-institutional Connections in Global and National Regulatory Governance,” this series of reports serves to review the development of the climate change planning process in India specific to various regions. Madhya Pradesh is a land-locked state in the heart of India, a bio-diverse region that straddles 11 agro-climatic zones.en
