dc.description.abstractGhana, as a signatory to international requirements of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Kyoto Protocol, has recognized the risks of global warming to its economy and has committed to take appropriate responsive actions through national policies and plans. In addition to its two key adaptation policy documents, National Climate Change Adaptation Strategy (NCCAS), 2012, and the National Climate Change Policy, 2014, there are a number of other national documents that provide complementary adaptive actions for prioritized sectors. This study provides a critical review of identified national policies and plans that are relevant for responding to climate change.en
