The study focuses on new information and communications technologies in Mongolia and how they are being used in solving issues identified by a previous survey. The survey indicated that citizens look for information on government regulations, bylaws and instructions; information on governmental services and laws; and information related to resolutions and decisions of governmental administrative agencies. The study results indicate that websites of governmental administrative agencies are not regularly updated, not fully operational and do not contain needed information.en
