dc.description.abstractThe World Water Congress (of the International Water Resources Association) was a strategic opportunity to highlight the research results from relevant projects in the field authored by young researchers. The Research Awards for Young Scholars (RAYS) sought innovative work that explores emerging drivers of water resources management, including climate change. This report documents the activities of RAYS, as well as outputs and outcomes of the program, which supported scholars from the Latin America and Caribbean region.en
