Because of the one-way flow of communication, the Parliamentary website was not meeting the demands and needs of the public. The intention of this project was to enable the engagement of citizens’ participation in the Parliamentary legislative process through the Parliament website, developing a portal for e-participation in governance. Based on the results of an initial survey, the Parliament website was renewed, trainings were conducted for end users to use the website, and evaluation of the renewed Parliament website was conducted.en
