This 2-minute video provides an introduction to “HealthBridge.” The program created women’s groups in Tanzania in order to identify issues related to maternal and child health, and to propose solutions. The groups provide information about the importance of antenatal care to communities using drama, poems and songs. They also visit pregnant women and inform them about health care facilities and maternal health services in their area. This little video captures striking and simple empowerment messages for women.en
