Item Open Access Addressing teen pregnancy and early marriage in the Gambia(2023-04-17) Lowe, MatIn The Gambia, early marriage has declined significantly over the last two decades but still remains a common practice. The reasons for this decline include the introduction of the law banning child marriage in 2016 and the increasing enrolment of girls in school. To further contribute to this decline, a five-year project titled ‘Addressing Teen Pregnancy and Early Marriage in The Gambia’ was implemented by the Society for the Study of Women’s Health, in partnership with the Agency for Development of Women and Children. This report describes the research problem, objectives, methodology, activities, outputs, and outcomes from the project.Item Open Access Effectiveness of a community-based intervention in preventing early marriage for girls in rural Gambia(2022-10) Lowe, MatThe overall aim of this project is to determine the factors that either led to a decline in or are perpetuating early marriage in The Gambia. This ever-increasing population also has limited access to sexual and reproductive health services. We conducted a scoping review to identify the barriers, and facilitating factors, when accessing sexual and reproductive health services for this specific population. We searched the grey literature and queried eight bibliographic databases to extract articles published between January 2000 and October 2021. The extracted data were organized in a framework adapted from Peters et al. and then categorized as facilitators or barriers. We followed the Arksey and O’Malley framework and wrote the report according to the PRISMA-Scr recommendations.Item Open Access Améliorer les droits en santé de la reproduction pour prévenir les grossesses des adolescentes au Niger : rapport de mission de suivi des chercheurs du projet(2023-02) Hamidou, Issaka Maga; Didier, AllagbadaItem Open Access Améliorer les droits en santé de la reproduction pour prévenir les grossesses des adolescentes au Niger : principaux resultats de l’evaluation finale du projet(2023-06) Hamidou, Issaka Maga; Didier, Allagbada; Issifou, Soumana; Aicha, Goza Nana; Fatimata, Moussa; Yaou, MoussaItem Open Access Améliorer les droits en santé de la reproduction pour prévenir les grossesses des adolescentes au Niger : principaux résultats du rapport de l’enquête de base(2022-05) Hamidou, Issaka Maga; Soumana, Issifou; Sandi, Goza Nana Aicha; Allagbada, Didier; Fatimata, MoussaItem Open Access Prevention des grossesses des adolescentes au Niger : etat des lieux et cartographie des intervenants(2021-08) Hamidou, Issaka Maga; Allagbada, Didier; Boureima, Diadié; Sandi, Gorza Nana AichaItem Open Access Economics of adolescent sexual and reproductive health interventions (ECASARH), Ghana(2023-07-04) Ataguba, John Ele-Ojo ; Achala, Daniel Malik; Njeri, Grace; Adote, ElizabethItem Open Access Economics of adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ECASARH) interventions in Ghana and Senegal(2023-11-10) Ataguba, John; Achala, Daniel Malik; Njeri, Grace; Adote, ElizabethItem Open Access Economics of adolescent sexual and reproductive health interventions : joint AfHEA-OOAS workshop, 12th September 2023(2023) Ataguba, John; Achala, Daniel Malik; Njeri, Grace; Adote, ElizabethItem Open Access Economics of adolescent sexual and reproductive health interventions (EcASaRH)(2021-06-21) Ataguba, John; Achala, Daniel Malik; Adote, Elizabeth; Njeri, GraceItem Open Access Access to adolescent sexual and reproductive health services in Ghana : a qualitative study(2023) Bradley, Susan; Fenny, Ama; Aziato, Lydia; Parmar, Divya; Ataguba, John; Achala, Daniel Malik; Njeri, Grace; Adote, Elizabeth
