Abstract
The overall objective of this project was to establish a research hub to advance the governance, use and impact of data to achieve an inclusive, feminist and democratic development in the global south. In particular the project aimed to provide globally comparable evidence needed to support national and global decision making related to data for development strategies. In this regard the development, dissemination and use by several stakeholders of the Global Data Barometer (GDB) was instrumental to provide globally comparable evidence needed to support national and global decision-making related to data for development strategies.
