dc.description.abstractUsed properly, technology can increase youths’ access to comprehensive training and services, linking them to suitable work, while providing quality program assurance. IDRC support was critical in two areas: providing financial resources to three projects to provide disadvantaged youth with a comprehensive set of services to increase their human capital (skills, knowledge) and connecting them with employers; and enabling International Youth Foundation (IYF) and its three partners to focus in a systematic way on how technology is used, to what effect, and what needs to be adjusted to make the processes more efficient and effective.
