Malawi Report for National Stakeholder Learning Workshopen
Kalikuti Hotel, Lilongwe, 8-9th July 2010en
The meeting report covers project updates, outcomes, presentations, and progress reports. Climate change and meteorological officers, farmers (from each study site), extension workers, and researchers were presenters. The project facilitates interaction and learning, whereby information from different sources can be shared and used in effective ways by stakeholders in agricultural innovation systems to better adapt to climate change and variability. Research is framed around the National Adaptation Programmes of Action (NAPAs) of Malawi and Tanzania, targeting farming communities in two contrasting sites in each country, together with local, district, national, regional and international stakeholders.
