dc.description.abstractSupport for programs through training and mentoring, and in research outcome mapping, organized by Climate Change Adaptation in Africa (CCAA) helps researchers and partners to plan their activities more effectively and to document accomplishments and changes in practice. Two capacity development workshops presented additional planning and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods. These included results-based management, participatory analysis of the components of risk, visions, actions, partnerships approaches, and story-based outputs that are able to highlight a ‘most significant change.’en
