dc.description.abstractThe presentation provides an overview of the objectives and activities of the Emerging African Leaders Programme (EALP) programme in terms of public leadership, participants and ongoing engagement. Based on participant feedback and faculty reflections, key ingredients have been identified for delivery of an African public leadership development programme. The programme includes visiting experts, speakers that contribute to the intergenerational dialogue between thought leaders, experienced practitioners and policy makers working in the sphere of accountability to promote inclusive governance.en
