The project produced a compilation and comparative analysis of structured case studies, including key steps, challenges, enabling strategies, and shared lessons, in the development of family medicine in local contexts around the world. It provides outlines of recommendations for future research, policy, and practice for strengthening family medicine in various contexts globally. This report describes activities, outputs and outcomes of the project, which fostered relationships between individuals and institutions in the north and the south and in engaging a large group of family medicine champions across seven countries.en
