dc.description.abstractThe innovation of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions in the Fujian Province of Quanzhou City is an example of self-reformation success among trade unions in well developed private economy regions. This paper attempts to find out conditions and factors required for successful innovations in grassroots trade unions. It also provides references for better understanding trade union reforms, and through the analysis of the innovation experiences of the Quanzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.en
