dc.description.abstractThe document presents the results and methodology of the research project (2018) regarding the type and quality of the impact that B-Corps and Purpose-Driven Companies (PDC) have in the inclusion of women and youth in Colombia and Kenya. Within a sample of nine businesses, four are in the final stages of B-certification. The qualitative methodological framework is based on participatory action research. One of the sample businesses is used as an in-depth case study to further understand the impact that these organizations can have on workers and stakeholders.en
