Abstract
Because there are persistent territorial inequalities that remain obscured by averages, as well as ongoing disregard for economic inefficiencies that miss territorially based opportunities, the Rural Territories in Motion (RTD) program offers a more comprehensive and complex approach to rural development. Territorial Policy is a concept that emerges from research carried out within the RTD framework. The Final Report sheds light on some of the main Program activities, its results and products from 2007 to 2012, presenting objectives, territorial management processes, effects, networks, results, work dynamics, and information strategies, among other things, through a collective undertaking of over 50 partner organizations.
