The “Start Them Early Program (STEP)” offers a solution to the reorientation of “younger” youth toward careers in agriculture. Activities have both thematic and geographic components, each with a budget, timeframe and “deliverables.” The projects are combined into seven objectives and 22 respective activities. The presentation provides combined program objectives, activities and deliverables for target countries: Kenya, Nigeria, and DR Congo.en
