dc.description.abstractThe level of economic development in China’s western region is backward; the gap between the city and rural areas is large; and the development of services is less-driven by consumption demand. This report on research will be submitted to both the central and western regional government, for theoretical support and policy recommendation to promote innovation of the service industry in the western region. Some project outputs: introduction of practices and experiences of agricultural innovation in western China; establishment of the Soft Science Academy in Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology, as well as conferences and some project-related publications.en
