dc.description.abstractThis paper provides an overview and comparative review of the different monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks for climate change adaptation. It serves to transfer knowledge acquired from the implementation of the project “An experimental approach to capacity and toolkit development for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) within climate change adaptation initiatives.” The project aimed to strengthen capacities towards the larger goal of improving adaptation through better informed decisions, planning and policymaking.en
