dc.description.abstractThe workshop brought together thirteen Migration, Gender and Social Justice (MGSJ) partners, experts, and high level policy-makers and researchers on migration in India to interact with their counterparts from different global, regional and national networks. Participants were invited to reflect and provide insight on emerging issues in gender research, as well as on the new MGSJ volume “Gender and Social Justice: Perspectives on Human Insecurity.” A review of discussions, contributors, and contributions is outlined in this report. The Women’s Rights and Citizenship (WRC) programme supports research directed at undoing gender-based social discrimination and the rights and freedoms for migrant women.en
