dc.description.abstractThe Philippine Community eCenter Academy (tPCA) will serve as a national center of excellence to accomplish the following activities: 1) organization of the tPCA, 2) development of competency standards, 3) development and pilot implementation of Community eCentre (CeC) training course, and 4) social marketing and advocacy. This report accounts for the strategies and the methodologies employed to achieve the deliverables under the project. The tPCA Charter is attached as Annex A.en
