The report details steps taken to implement and develop The Association for Progressive Communications Women's Networking Support Programme (APC WNSP) Gender Evaluation Methodolgy (GEM). The programme facilitates learning about information and communication technologies (ICTs) for gender equality. GEM provides a systematic method to evaluate whether ICTs are improving women's lives and gender-power relations. The amount of work and income from consultancies that APC staff completed increased by about 10% (2010 to 2011). GEM and women's rights-related consultancies made up about 30% while the rest were consultancies related to access, internet infrastructure, and internet rights.en
