dc.description.abstract | The presentation illustrates use of the utilization focused evaluation (UFE) framework in relation to developing the capacity of Research into Open Educational Resources for Development (ROER4D). Evaluation work by its nature can not always be conducted in the open; thus, many evaluation outputs have not been shared openly. Preparing evaluation outputs specifically for different audiences (internal/ external) may provide a solution. These conditions prompt questions regarding what level of data can be shared such as: processes, methods and/or high-level findings and recommendations. | en |
