This paper analyzes the spatial distribution of creative firms in Bangkok, focusing on advertising, architectural and software services. The firms in each of the 158 sub-districts in Bangkok are aggregated and then the measure and degree of spatial concentration for each industry is calculated. Findings show the software industry has the highest degree of spatial agglomeration, followed by advertising and architectural firms respectively. The core areas of the architectural and advertising firms have moved from the older parts of Bangkok to newer business areas to the east. The determinants of such shifts in locational and spatial patterns are also examined.en
