dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Indonesian government launched Jampersal program or Maternity Insurance in early 2011. This program must be implemented by Puskesmas and other private provider. This study examines puskesmas which makes efforts on innovating the health care system based on patient needs, to ensure pregnant woman receive quality and comprehensive antenatal care through an integrated care services. Method: This research is a descriptive study with qualitative methods using case study design. In depth interviews were conducted to 16 respondents, which include stakeholder in Jampersal implementastion. Result: Midwifes refers their patient into puskesmas to get the antenatal packages and they sent the report of their health services to puskesmas every month.The integration of antenatal care services in the packages and Jampersal participants is not charged/free to acessing this package. The Jampersal participants are generally satisfied with this integrated antenatal care services, but the speed of service and officers assurance are not yet in line with expectations. There is 417 pregnant women in Moyudan, but only 192 who use the integrated antenatal care, i.e. the utilitisation of integrated antenatal care is 46.5%. Conclusion: Although the utilization of antenatal care services integration that occurs between puskesmas and private midwife practitioners is only 46,5%, but the implementation of the strategy can potentially improve the quality of antenatal care services and cost efficiency.en
