dc.description.abstractThe report covers course activities of the Emerging African Leaders Programme (EALP) which is part of the Graduate School of Development Policy and Practice (GSDPP) based at the University of Cape Town (UCT) “Building Bridges” project. The aim is to bring together emerging leaders from all over Africa towards promoting and building ethical public leadership, while establishing new networks of expertise and trust. In 2018 the programme hosted 30 emerging leaders from all ten focus-countries: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.en
