dc.description.abstract	IDRC’s decentralized approach allows evaluations to be tailored to the unique needs of each user group. The report presents highlights of evaluation across the Centre for the past year and documents evaluations completed, and evaluation plans for the Centre. For instance, the Global Health Research Initiative (GHRI) is the first program to create a senior position for a monitoring and evaluation specialist and presents a new approach to managing evaluation. Overall, the quality of evaluation has remained high and the Centre continues to strive for a balance of evaluators from Canada and from the global South.	en
