dc.description.abstractThe Think Tank Initiative (TTI) is dedicated to strengthening the capacity of independent policy research institutions in the Global South. Launched in 2008, TTI is a partnership between IDRC and six donors that together have committed over $200 million to the program. With Phase 1 coming to an end in 2014, a rigorous assessment process was undertaken. This report was commissioned to assist in Phase 2 capacity development programming. Key activities are described including lessons learned, followed by findings and recommendations. Phase 2 runs from 2014 to 2019.en
