This PowerPoint presentation outlines the research results for one scenario in the use of Open Educational Resources (OER). Conclusions drawn from the study indicate that students in the face to face classes who used a semi-open OER obtain significantly better exam grades than students that did not use any extra resources. OER students obtain significantly better exam grades than students who used an open textbook as an extra resource. As well, face-to-face students that used semi-open OER have significantly less attendance levels than other examined students.en
