Abstract

Three practical ways to support scaling up rural innovations are proposed: 1. Combining local knowledge and science in scaling up innovations. 2. Financing the process of scaling up innovations. 3. Helping innovators decide on a good business model. The report expands on each of these points, including best practices and evidence-related rationales for their support.
