The court case studies examine the manner in which courts are handling records management in the electronic environment, and the extent to which international good practice in records management is being considered. In the Uganda system, no records management specialists were involved in its design; records management did not feature as an aspect of project planning risk assessments or process mapping exercises; and no international records management standards were referenced. The ICT Committee of the Uganda Judiciary has implemented the Court Case Administration System (CCAS) in some courts.en
