| dc.description.abstract | Taking advantage of its intensive innovation network, Taiwan is able to enjoy comparatively high performance in R&D efficiency, to learn quickly from its leaders in specific technological areas, to develop solid industry clusters, and to be endowed with vibrant entrepreneurship.
