| dc.description.abstract | The research project is designed under situation that developing countries such as China, suffer greatly from technical monopolies and tight technology controls by larger multinational corporations in both domestic market in China and overseas market, due to their limited technological capabilities. Patented technologies in China in recent years become increasingly competitive and largely controlled by MNEs, with patent pool being one of the most significant power over local companies in typical high tech fields.
