dc.description.abstract	This chapter forms part of the book "Adoption and Impact of OER in the Global South" and describes the project activity toolkit. Five documents outline activities associated with Research on Open Educational Resources for Development (ROER4D) pillars of project management activity: networking, evaluation, communications, research capacity building, and curation and dissemination. It highlights the value of positioning the networking function as a specific project objective in order to better engage researchers, educators, publishers, advocates and policy-makers. In ROER4D projects, the networking function is closely linked to the project evaluation process.	en
