This case study provides a summary of the Utilization Focused Evaluation (UFE) experience that DREAM-IT completed in collaboration with the Developing Evaluation Capacity in Information and Communication for Development (DECI). The project built evaluation capacity among IDRC-funded projects in the field of Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICTD) across Asia. DREAM-IT stands for Development Research to Empower All Mongolians through Information Communications Technology.
