Project photos [appendix 12 of the joint technical final report (October 2010 - March 2013)]
Abstract
Project photos show wonderful images of every step of a three-year integrated programme for the re-introduction of finger millets into the agroeconomy of rural communities in India, and awareness raising programmes for food processing and postharvest aspects of millet production. The extent of this project is illuminated through images of field tests of millet varieties, production processes, workshops, postharvest production techniques, school programmes, marketing, and agricultural extension initiatives that were integral to this innovative and successful project.
