UFE begins with the premise that evaluations should be judged by their utility, with attention to how people in the real world apply and use evaluations. This case study provided researchers and evaluators with mentoring in UFE through a team of regional evaluation consultants. UFE keeps in mind intended use for intended users via 12 steps, which are outlined in this case study at the Communications Policy Research South (CPRsouth) Program conference.Text1 digital file (15 p. : ill.)application/pdfenEVALUATIONUTILIZATION FOCUSED EVALUATIONASIACAPACITY BUILDINGICTPOLICYREGULATIONPOLICY MAKINGDECISION MAKINGEVALUATIONPROJECT EVALUATIONMETHODOLOGYRESEARCH NETWORKSRESEARCHERSCase study : Developing evaluation capacity (DECI); building an organization’s capacity to conduct use focused evaluations using a mentoring approach - LIRNEasia’s CPRsouth ProgramCase Study
