Case study : Developing evaluation capacity (DECI); building an organization’s capacity to conduct use focused evaluations using a mentoring approach

UFE begins with the premise that evaluations should be judged by their utility, with attention to how people in the real world apply and use evaluations. This case study provided researchers and evaluators with mentoring in UFE through a team of regional evaluation consultants.
