The film focuses on a government sponsored payroll verification exercise that is being undertaken to reduce payroll fraud, strengthen employment controls and provide an evidence base for human resource management. It describes the work of a dynamic team of Sierra Leoneans (the Records Management Improvement Team) who are leading the exercise.
