As a pioneer organisation in the field, CFSK had to operate in a unique context, in the absence of a policy framework and national strategy to guide it. CFSK has succeeded in building strong relationships with all participating schools, and has managed to develop a culture of ownership and independence in these schools regarding the demands of their computer projects.
