This paper summarizes these areas in context of different regions and countries in Africa. The SCCR is a specialised committee within the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). In terms of reform of copyright law, it is clear that ACA2K study countries can do more to provide a set of copyright limitations and exceptions catering to the L&E agenda.application/pdfenCOPYRIGHT LAWACCESS TO KNOWLEDGEINTELLECTUAL PROPERTYINFORMATION SOCIETYTEACHING MATERIALSDISTANCE EDUCATIONDISABILITYINFORMATION CENTRESKNOWLEDGE NETWORKSMOROCCOMOZAMBIQUESOUTH AFRICASENEGALUGANDASOUTH OF SAHARAResearch findings from Africa relevant to WIPO SCCR 19IDRC-Related Report
