DIRAP is a biennial publication that acts as a comprehensive regional reference on the development of ICTs in Asia and the Pacific. Country case studies constitute an important research component of DIRAP, centering on the collection, interpretation and analysis of secondary data on ICT, its development and its role in the socioeconomic development of the region. DIRAP has become the most-used source on ICT4D in the region while building the capacity of Asian authors.
