A technical working group provides a forum for Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) systems. National coordination mechanisms have been formalized. The mechanisms are made up of two committees: The Senior Advisory Committee and the Technical Working Group. This policy brief describes the operations of the CRVS system.
