The usefulness of the clinical data warehouse for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of disease treatment was significantly enhanced by linking data from the South African Death Register, Electronic TB Register and National Health Laboratory Service. The project also yielded ground-breaking agreements governing data linkages and the use of data for research purposes. The final report covers project objectives, methodology, research, activities, outputs and outcomes of this programme.Text1 digital file (29 p. : ill.)enMONITORING AND EVALUATIONDISEASE CONTROLAIDSPHARMACEUTICALSINFORMATION TECHNOLOGYDATA COLLECTIONMEDICAL RECORDSDATABASESSOUTH AFRICAELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS SYSTEME-HEALTHDIAGNOSISSOUTH OF SAHARAHIVFinal technical report : development and interpretation of a medical and bioinformatics database to support and evaluate the Public Sector Anti-retroviral Treatment Program in the Free State Province, South Africa, an area with high burden of HIV-1 subtype C infectionFinal Technical Report
