International Network for Availability of Scientific Publication (INASP)2012-05-112012-05-112012http://hdl.handle.net/10625/48950The project successfully identified capacity needs of members of Acacia-funded networks (multi-country and multi-partner) in communicating for policy influence. The project had three phases: an initial assessment of communication needs of the networks; a workshop to strengthen capacities in communicating for policy influence; and a mentoring phase to provide the networks with tailored capacity development support. The project methodology proved to be successful in providing in-depth and tailored support. Network leaders play pivotal roles in guiding, stimulating and advocating for the networks. Genuine interest and ability of the participants to fully participate is essential for the success of such initiatives.Text1 digital file (25 p.)enECONOMIC GROWTHICTRESEARCH CAPACITYINFORMATION MANAGEMENTRESEARCH NETWORKSMIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICAPOLICY INFLUENCEMENTORINGNETWORKSSOUTH OF SAHARASupporting Acacia research partners in communicating for policy influence : final technical reportFinal Technical Report
