IT for Change (ITfC) advances policy inclusion for the global digital divide. New ICTs make possible decentralized curriculum design and development, and creation of teacher peer networks for professional development. Much work has been done to build networks with educationists, evolving the discourse on ICTs and gender inclusion, and frameworks for ICT’s in citizenship and governance.
