Highlights are a publication campaign dedicated to interpreting the implications of the recent IPCC Special Report for regional audiences in Africa, Asia and Latin America, as well as a Communications Manual, endorsed by the IPCC Secretariat. Twenty-three country-level and global-level engagements have taken place. The report provides a summary of activities in relation to project objectives.
