These included characteristics of: diversity; strategic planning and intervention; impact; and cooperation mechanisms. This paper reports on activities developed in the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) module. Capacity building modules served to provide relevant literature, theoretical documents that explain the main contents with more detail, as well as useful tools to strengthen the organizations.
