The developmental evaluator needs to learn to select relevant pieces of evidence and the best ways to feed them back to users who are usually very busy. However, development programs face complex and rapidly changing conditions, and often don’t suit traditional evaluation models. This document describes two Development Evaluation (DE) experiences in International Development.
