The TTI enabled scaling up of the capability of internal staff to undertake high quality and relevant policy research in Kenya. Through the provision of financial and other material resources, IEA-Kenya built up its in-house research capacity and has become virtually self-reliant in generating knowledge consequential to understanding and making policy in Kenya.
